This short shirt dress is made from cotton with a very pleasant feel that perfectly enhances the cut, ideal for mid-season daytime wear. The asymmetrical cuffs represent Jeanne Lanvin's initials, with a rounded side for the J and a square side for the L. The embroidered ribbon on the back echoes one of the House's signatures and pays tribute to the grosgrain ribbons used by Jeanne Lanvin to finish the interior of her Haute Couture dresses and embellish her embroidery. The topstitched details are also inspired by the archives, recalling an embroidery technique used to structure the silhouette.
